Lotus and Colibre are over priced for their quality. And Blazer is not what it used to be. The most reliable and popular lighter in almost every store I go to is the JetLine New York. They use Swiss jets and German 100,000 light Pizo electronics. It sells for $20.00 give or take $2. Triple flame version is the best. I have had several and gave them as gifts. They all still work and the one I use is five years old, been in the river twice and through the washing machine. It still lights first time, every time. They have a lifetime warranty as do the others, but the trick is not to have to use the warranty. JetLine has the best track record of all of the other brands.
Also good lighter maintenance should be used.
Use Good quality butane.
Bleed your lighter before you refill.
And use canned air to blow out jets from time to time.
