Drymistat tubes would work here too, I think; but since cigar cases commonly have room for just two or three sticks (yes, I know there are larger ones) I'd hate to give up a "finger" for a humidification device.

I have a Xikar 5 stick case which I don't think is made any longer. I put 5 cigars I intend on smoking in there over the next 3-5 days and keep it my kitchen drawer. Never any problems with anything drying out. In fact, those in there for a few days seem to burn better. Sort of like a mini dry box effect.
