Well, ain't that some luck! Hopefully that one will serve you well, for years to come!
I too am curious as to what stands out for you, with that particular lighter?
Congrats on the deal!

When I started out I got a cheap ronso, no issues with ronson but was given my axia by a botl. Good dual flame that almost always worked(except the 3rd time thru the washing machine on accident). Holds good amount of fuel for several cigars. Nice and big adjustment screw on the bottom. This thing will run any fuel(I may have not bought the best fuel for my lighters early on). Fuel that would make other lighters not work my axia burned thru it. It feels less bulky than some other lighters I have had. I had my first axia for about 10yrs. It was as much a part of me in this hobby as the cigars.

Good to hear! In my 24 years of cigar and pipe smoking, I find good lighters (that will stick with us) hard to come by! I have many that I like, but no longer have one that I love...thanks for sharing!

Nice. My triple jet used to be all metal but now has shit plastic sides. Still trying to break that thing, but it's a beast. Good heads-up about ebay lighters on the cheap!

Did ya throw the old one in a bag of rice for a few days by chance? Might come around

No it was pretty much toast after that last washing. At that point local store was still doing still doing a swap out before xikar rma process switched. It was that new one that got sent in. Didn't hold fuel kept burning after you let go of the button. I waited a bit before sending it in for fear of what happened was gonna happen aka not getting it back.
