    Cheaphumidors Customer Service

    I just wanted to take a minute to give a Shout out to Kayla @cheaphumidors . For those of you who have never done business with them, you have brain cells missing....seriously! They have great products, great prices, and most importantly AMAZING customer service!

    I've done business with cheap humidors on numerous occasions and they go above and beyond for their customers. Here are just a couple of examples.
    I actually ordered a Travel humidor a while back and had an issue with paypal. It didn't like when I tried to use my points and would not send payment through the site. I sent Kayla a message and she actually let me paypal her separately and she completed the transaction on her end without going through the site! This situation was handled all in the same day and I had my Travel Humidor 3 days later for vacation.

    Not convinced yet??? ok then...

    Last Thursday at around 8pm, I contacted Kayla about my Charleston Tower Humidor. The locking mechanism jammed and I could not get it open (It's a spring loaded mechanical device...It's going to happen eventually if this is your everyday humidor!). At 8am Friday I had a response from Kayla legitimately telling me to break into it however I had to in order to get to my cigars. She said that she would handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer, and as soon as the next shipment of Charlestons came in she would have a new one out to me with a return label for the broken one.....Tuesday, she messages me again to tell me that she doesn't see a way that the Charlestons will stay closed without using the lock which makes no sense. She offers to replace it still but with a different humidor that does not need a lock to stay closed. 1 hour later I have a tracking number, and yesterday I have a replacement humidor! That is unheard of! If I had to go through the manufacturer for a warranty I would have been without a humidor for god knows how long! Kayla solves the problem in 5 days....But Wait, There's More!!! For me it's the little details....
    Kayla knew that my Charleston was full and that I had sticks sitting out in the open. She took it upon herself to unpack the humidor, open up and toss in 4 Boveda Seasoning Packs to start the seasoning process while in Transit, and then repackage it. When the Humidor came yesterday, I quickly unpacked it and tossed in a sponge to aid with the seasoning and by last night it was already sitting at 79% so by the end of the weekend it should be ready to go! On top of all of that, and the best part of the package IMO, I find a hand written note from Kayla apologizing for the trouble I had with the Charleston! Apologizing!! Seriously?? After all she just did for me, she hand writes an apology for what was most likely a manufacturers defect! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days! It's hard enough to get a company to even answer you when you have an issue let alone bend over backwards to come up with a solution!


    Kayla is one of the few vendors we have here that is active all over the forum, not just in the vendors section. She is a true SOTL and her company @cheaphumidors is top notch! Now, I understand a lot of people are going to wineadors these days and it's understandable. However, if you're in the market for a traditional humidor, accessories, or even some smokes, you've got to be out of your mind if you're not dealing with Kayla and Cheap Humidors!

    I'll upload a pic of the new humidor later but I wanted to at least get this typed up while I had a free minute. I can't thank you enough for all that you've done Kayla!!
