- I don't know what your skill set is, but I'd say just order what you want from one of the makers out there.
Consider your costs for materials and tools. Workspace comes in to play; as Josh indicated, you don't want a dustcloud of cedar in your living room. And that thing is beautiful and all that glass will showcase any mistakes you make - lol.
Typically, I'd suggest the opposite as it can be a rewarding experience, but I'm not sure if the cost, work and scale make it worth it.
Now if you're a cabinet maker, disregard everything I said - lol.
