    AuTechCoM's New Wineador build thread

    http://www.cigarbum.com/forum/showth...-AW-280e-guide

As a few of you might have known, I am in the middle of a Newair AW-280E build. For the sake of catching everyone up quickly.... The only thing that has shown up in a timely matter has been my HF Beads. I started my orders on July, 25th 2014 (6 months, 2 weeks, 1 day ago)

I finally decided that it was time to try to make contact with forrest last week. He responded very fast (within about 15 minutes) very apologetic and almost in shock that my order had been mishandled. I am assumin probably in the chaos of the events of October. However he did say he would get right on my order and that I "should have had them months ago".

I will keep you guys updated, and once the build actually starts I will document it from unboxing to filling her up

it has been a long wait but I am partially to blame. I should have emailed him months ago, but with the stuff going on in his life i didn't want to bother him. I have no doubt in my mind that he will make it right and that i should have a tracking number any day now.

you have the patience of a saint! I am sure all will be fine at the end. I am very happy with what I got from him. I will most likely order my next set of drawers from him again

Like I told Forrest. It wasn't that big of a deal because I was able to save enough money by not buying anymore cigars (since all my humis are full) that I was able to afford a week long snowboarding vacation in a bad ass cabin with a bunch of my friends

Well there was one good thing that happened last night, after an emergency root canal. I got an email from Forrest letting me know that my Drawers will be on my doorstep by Saturday. (normally there would be a line of funny smiley faces here)

That is why I ultimately went with John Nelson instead of Forrest. I thought Forrest was really nice, and I sympathize with him for everything that happened but at the end of the day I just thought there was too great of a chance that it would take six months and I didn't want to keep buying tupperware. I just got my Wineador setup "finished" and filled so I'll be posting some pics and information in another thread, but I highly recommend John Nelson for drawers. I contacted him at the end of November/early December and I was on the waiting list for January (he does limited sets per month) and I got my drawers the first couple days of February and I had a bunch of custom options. He was also super good about communication and progress updates, because of the custom stuff I emailed back and forth a lot more than ordinary, but I must have talked with him every couple days for a good month. John is the definition of a stand-up guy.
