Yeah, sadly Bakersfield is a bit out of my herf range. The only reason I'd be in Bakersfield is if I were passing through to NorCal or someplace, but that would also mean that I'd have my kids and possibly my parents, and they would not see the reason for wanting to kill several hours in Bakersfield, hehe.

Olean...isn't that where Cutco is made?

I went to school upstate, in Ithaca, but my knowledge of upstate NY geography is patchy at best.

Yeah That is where Cutco is made. I think there is also some sort of Bomb factory there also.

Yes sir it is indeed the home of Cutco knives, southwest of Ithaca on the PA border. Also home to Saint Bonaventure University.
You went to school in Ithaca and now live in a state where pot is legal...... coincidence ? LOL

Hell I'd make the trip up for that ! I don't know but would imagine there is a shop or two in town.
Don't know of this Bomb factory you speak of. Dresser Rand does make compressors for the oil and gas industry but that's about it.
