My girlfriend is a cigarette smoker and sometimes we have some moments of stressful tension- admittedly usually by me. I've found that I often times ask for her lighter, say if I light my cigar at home and we're headed somewhere and I need a touch up. I rarely ever carry a lighter on me. We go to didn't events and everyone asks me first for a lighter because they know I like smoking cigars I assume, I point to her as she always carries one
Also more to the "funnier" point, one thing I don't have in common with a cigarette smoker is-- I've never lit the wrong end of a cigar while distracted or after a few toddies.

Yeah I was just sitting out side getting ready to light one up and almost cut the wrong end, thought well never lit the wrong end yet. Figured it'd be a clever way to see if anyone else had LOL However I just gave up my game

Never lit the wrong end of a cigar, but I have many times stuck the hotter end in my mouf. It's sumptin' one does when researching the effects of 80 proof......

I've never lit the wrong end, but I have on occasion forgotten to cut prior to lighting and trying to puff. Wow, this thing has a TERRIBLE draw... Wait, no, I am just a tool

Did ya ever notice when you combine cigar and cigarette smokers together in venues it seems like you're at a family reunion where you are barely able to tolerate each other? I hate cigarette smoke and at times it's like a showdown as to how much smoke can be blown towards the other offending smoker. Cigar smoke has the edge because it's much more dense and you can feel the ire of those cigarette smokers who blow their thin smoke back at you but it's no match for a cigar that is densely packed and the voluminous amount of smoke can be devastating. I keep a few brands of cigars for these showdowns when I know that I'll be around smokers in general and will whip one out that has proven to be "skunklike" in aroma and where the smoke is so heavy it's like a San Francisco fog.... there should be a program called Smoke Wars!
