I wonder if this proposal if adopted could have implications for (high nic if not all) cigars as well?

Until the other day I didn't even know that cigars had additives!
But with this knowledge, I could see where they would make this apply to cigars.

There is certainly potential. There is some consideration by the FDA to exempt regulating premium cigars like other tobacco products.

Makes my a$$ hurt all the way up to the back of my neck. We should limit the alcohol content in booze going to Washington DC as they've had enough to come up with some of the bullsh!t they come up with.....
