Hi all,
My name is Sean and I've been smoking cigars for about two years now. I work in the public sector and love watching sports, playing and listening to music, vegetable gardening, and smoking a strong stogie with a strong drink in hand.
I look forward to being a part of this community and learning from all of you. :vader:

Get ready for a good ride.

Welcome, Sean!! Any favorite Cigars or drinks?
Great question! Sorry I took so long to respond. Had a busy weekend, and it's nice to see all of these kind replies.
My favorite cigar of all time is the MF Le Bijou 1922. For my palette, it's the perfect cigar. Lots of spice and pepper with chocolate, dried fruit, coffee and creaminess. I like pretty much whatever else falls into that category: Padron maduros, Sobremesa, La Imperiosa, AJ New World, etc. I have a Southern Draw Jacob's Ladder that's resting and that should be right up my alley, too. I also enjoy cigars with natural wrappers, such as the Oliva V Melanio and Tatuaje Black. Really, I like anything that's got a nice pepper kick to it and complex flavors.
I'm no millionaire, and I'm always looking for a good budget smoke, too. My go-to's are Ramon Bueso Project, CAO Brazila, La Herencia Cubana CORE and Diesel Unlimited Maduro.
As far as drinks go, I'm all over the place. Craft beer, scotch, whiskey. I've had SO MANY Imperial Stouts this past winter. I couldn't get enough of them. Now it's cocktail season. Can't go wrong with a Negroni or Manhattan.
My current setup is a small wine cooler with Tupperware containers in it. I've also got a large tupperware container/cooler in my basement that holds my overflow.

A quick rule question that I couldn't find:
What are the permission guidelines here? When can I post photos, participate in the Marketplace, etc.?
Thank you!

IIRC, the photo limit is 10 posts. You should be able to see the marketplace and post whatever you want there. If you have trouble let me know. There also is a CC side that you can request access for.

Hey Sean! Good to see someone else from my neck of the woods. I'm in the Tulsa area, but have a farm sixty miles south of you off I-35 a few miles east of Braman OK. We have Steve Old Smokey in the area in Joplin and Lostmason in OKC. I hope you enjoy your time on the Bum. Also, I forgot to tell you that AlanS has a sale on dumpsters right now. I think he still has some that are carpeted, and one with marble countertops......
