I have not. Have you? What would you recommend a simple cigar bum try? We are always up to hear about deals.

Maybe an intro is due? You posted about this site twice and without an intro, it seems a bit spammy. I wouldn’t want to clean up an honest new member on accident.

Still waiting for touch down. But everything else has been smooth.
Credit card company flagged the order because I had it shipped to a different addy from my billing addy. In 10 min I got a call from Larry at ElCigarshop.com to verify that it was not fraudulent and my order has shipped!!

Wonder if they ship cross border, been tough finding sites that do so nice to have some options, and with the 30% off we're almost within my budget...

Smells like the gel in a Spam can to me. Especially when looking at his name.

I've bought Spam a couple times to bring on a camping trip. Even if you get past that nasty gel, the stuff still isn't very good. It's WAY too salty for my taste and the salt is amplified even more once you slice it and try to fry it up like bacon. It's no bargain either; the stuff is pricey! I decided to go the extra mile and take a cooler along so I can have fresh bacon...

Growing up we were poor as church mice and ate a LOT of Spam.
I haven't tasted it in the last 50 years and hopefully die before I have to eat it again.

Well now-a-days I don't think the poor-as-churchmice crowd could afford spam. I always thought it was poor-people food too but come to find out it's not cheap anymore by a long shot. Fresh chicken is by far cheaper (and tastes a whole lot better too).
I had an uncle who served in WWII. If ever you felt you needed your ass kicked, you could just make him a Spam sandwich :p

I don't know about price, but the SPAM I used to eat back in Italy 25 years ago was pretty tasty (even though weird looking) and I don't recall it being salty at all. I remember it tasting similar to the corned beef I enjoy today.

Looking on Amazon, SPAM averages $0.22/oz. That's $3.52/lb, probably 15% of which is that nasty gel. Granted, you can't get porterhouse for $3.50/lb but fresh chicken is half that. I expected to pay something like 79 cents for a brick of compressed pork sweepings suspended in goo.

I wonder if elcigarshop sells spam-infused cigars? Might be a big seller in Hawaii, land of the spam-flavored macadamia nuts ...

Oooh, interesting. I'd try a SPAM infused cigar... unless it had a sweetened cap...
