I bought some cigars from them a couple weeks ago, no problem, timely and complete delivery.

I haven't ordered from C-Bid in a while but P&C sent me a $50 gift certificate a couple weeks ago so I thought I'd take them up on the free tobacco and see how shipping was at the same time.

Got here in 3 days. I'd say they're back to normal.
