Y'all may have seen the video on the book of faces, where the president of CI apologized for the absolute goatf*** of a software implementation in February. It has caused untold frustration and outpouring of venom over on the devil site forums. I usually try to avoid those forums, as some of those guys' posts give me fits of rage lol.
What do y'all think? Have you had any issues with shipping, returns, anything between the regular side and the devil site? I had been bragging on them for awhile, til my last order lol. I pose this question here, because as I said in the title, I'd like an honest discussion, to include IT people

I had a few bids in the night they were shutting down to implement the new system which was sometime early Feb. I think. Even though some of the auctions didn't close for a day or 2 after I had an email the next day about an order processing. I was planning to stretch it out a few more days and win some more stuff, but no big deal. Then a few days go by no tracking info, that's when I realized they were having issues so I e-mailed and got the standard our new system made a boo boo reply. Then a couple weeks later 2 of the 3 lots show up no shipping notification, nothing. I check bank account and they only billed for the 2 sent and no shipping so again no big deal. Then another few days go by no word on my last lot, I email again and same canned response. Another few days I go in and look at my order the last lot is now showing back ordered. I email to ask if they have any idea when it will be in, no response. I finally got a shipping notification a couple days ago and that last fiver just got here a little over 2 months later.

Did the whole situation suck? Yes, was it really that big of a deal? No My biggest problem was the lack of communication.

I will say my last few cibid orders have gone off without a hitch, I did wait until I was sure they got all the bugs worked out of the new system though.

I had a CI order that I posted on FB. I ended up with a whole box of RyJ Reserva Real magnums, instead of a $20 Punch sampler. I braved the wait time on the phone, and told them about it. Turns out, that size isn't even in their inventory, on either side! Hmm. Lady said, yes, they'd like it back, they'd send me a label to return it, and send out my sampler. That works for me, but.... so far, no label, no sampler. I'm gonna try em again later today. That makes a week since first contact. Not too worried about the mistake, as I'm currently sitting on a $150ish sealed box of Reserva Real lol
And, yes, up until this, I've had no problems at Cbid, only this one at CI

I understood, to a point the slow response time when the whole thing 1st went down. I'm sure they had thousands of calls and emails, but it shouldn't be taking that long now.

I've stayed away lately. Was waiting for horror stories to clear up, then got too busy to pay attention to how things were going.
