My question is I have a few 70% and 69% humi packs. Its holding @ 68% rh and 68. Degrees. Is that ok? I don't have much but don't want to screw up what I got. Any suggestions I'm open for.

You'll be alright at 68, hold them at that and see how they smoke. I prefer around 65. Really 60-70 is more preference imo, as long as your in that range it's not going to hurt anything in my experiences

68% is fine if that's the RH you like your gars at. I've owned thise ziplocks before and they work great. Plenty of room and with bovedas virtually no maintenance. Nice Job!!

Yes if you can scavenge some cigar boxes and break them down, would be good to add some Spanish cedar in there. No need to rush to fill up space, do that at your leisure.

I only ever bought 2 boxes. 1 was. Isle del sol and cao Amazon basin. Next time I run to Lowe's I'll see if they have any. Do I need to season it?

I meant from local b&m, sometimes they will just give out the empty boxes. And I wouldn't think you'd have to season it

Like the others said, 68/68 is fine.
Spanish cedar helps to buffer your rH, so it can't hurt but is not necessary.

At the CI Hamburg store (where we will be) they have a ton of empty boxes for sale. I think like $2 each. They have 2 bins of them.

The CI store in Hamberg will have them. I think they sell them for $2.00 each.

You won't go wrong with adding in empty boxes. Maybe I made it up but I swear I remember seeing on CI, CBID or Famous where they would send you a random assortment of empty boxes for a certain price. I can't seem to find it, maybe someone else here know what I'm talking about.
My only other suggestion would be to make sure you keep it out of sunlight since it's clear. The sunlight will crank up the temp in the container and not only will you have temp swings but RH swings as well as it heats and cools.

Cbid does have empty boxes on there from time to time.

You could also consider cedar trays from someplace like Cheap Humidors if they will fit. Help keep it organized as your collection grows and act as an extra buffer.
Or you could just buy spanish ceder to either make some yourself / just toss in there from many lumber yards. Home Depot rarely carries that sort of wood. An ebay seller by the name of Gym_Bob_in_maine is also a good source.
It is really not that much of an issue either way. Adding some spanish cedar will help, but not adding any really won't hurt either.

I agree with buying shelves from cheaphumidors.com if they will fit in your setup. For between 10 and 20 dollars you can have shelves to organize your stuff and add a humidity buffer also and with slots help with air circulation. I prefer kitty litter for humidity control as it is dirt cheap and has kept my larger wineadors at a solid 64% with little maintenance.

I have the same style ziploc container, just in a different size I think. The only thing to be concerned about is making sure there isn't to much empty space. When I first got it I didn't have that many sticks and my boveda dried out quicker than they should have. I switched to something smaller until my collection grew. If you don't want to get another container you can just put a ziploc full of air or something in there to take up space.

If you want chunks of SC, just let me know and I can send you some if you pay shipping. I have quite a few spare blocks sitting around not being used. Also plenty of cigar boxes, etc. Many I used at trays. If you wanna skip shipping and just wait til the Orgy, I can bring you some as well.
