*my apologies if there's a separate forum for this*

My wife and I went to Las Vegas right after New Years and planned to visit the famed Casa Fuente to enjoy a cigar. I'd heard stories of this place, and we were looking forward to it!

The store/lounge is located in the Forum Shops of Caesar's Palace. They have a few small tables outside, but we chose to go inside. There we found more tables, a bar, and their humidor, and we were blown away at how nicely appointed it was!

Most cigar lounges in the Los Angeles area that I've been to are either kind of dingy, or are nice and swanky. There isn't much middle ground. However I have found that either way they tend to be very unwelcoming of non-regulars. I have no clue why this is tolerated, because that isn't going to grow you any more regulars, but I digress.

There were a few guests outside, but nobody inside, and since my wife was in a wheelchair (due to a sprained ankle on our first night in Vegas) we opted to stay inside, where she could move a chair over and prop her ankle on it.

I picked out a lancero and a robusto of the Casa Fuente original blend (I think those were the vitolas, I didn't check too carefully), since they only sell that blend in this store. They had a second, newer exclusive blend, but it was full-strength, so we opted for the original.

Anyhow, the cigars were wonderful, the staff were very welcoming and pleasant, and their drinks were very tasty. I found out later that Montecristo has a lounge in the same building, so on our next trip we'll be sure to check that one out, but I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Fuente to any cigar lover visiting Vegas!

I went in there on Thursday. The guy there followed me and my buddy around as we looked at the merchandise on the walls, and stood like a security guard while we were in the humidor. I decided not to pay $18 for a cigar and left.
