Round 2, Lianos Dos Palmas Conn. Broadleaf Maduro Double Corona. God I love these. This will be good for 2.5 hours easy, pours smoke like a Liga and damn tasty too! Razor sharp burn, great draw and burns cool. A little semi-sweet chocolate, coffee and light tobacco.

I smoked a 2011 Don Carlos myself today. Haven't had the Carlito yet but its on my list to pick up.

I like the Don Carlos as well, but the Carlito is by far my favorite. I love Cameroon wrappers, and with some age on them, these are absolutely phenominal smokes! Quite possibly my favorite non-Cuban. Definitely pick some up if you are fan of Cameroon.

I have always loved that aged mustiness of Padron cigars and this afternoon smoke was no exception.:applause: After lighting this cigar I got rich full flavored chocolate, coffee, and pepper with a touch of sweetness; dang-it it was so very good.:fly: I topped off this smoke with a large cup of hot coffee and this was a great cigar event.:)

Believe it or not, you do get a little twang from them in spots as you smoke it. Not much, but there is definitely some Cuban tobacco in there (again not much, but you can definitely taste it at times).

I'm not sure how many years this one had on it (I'm absolutely terrible with keeping track of when things go in), but it was really good!

Smoking a little Ted's gifted to me by Haebar for the SPS exchange last year. Tasty little morsel with some Sierra Nevada Golden IPA, both light bodied but not lacking in flavor. Nice post-lunch snack.

The lance is very good! I got bombed a few lances by Tim, Cardinal , that included the Cain F. I would definitely get some more.

This afternoon I had a 5X54 Olivia Serie V cigar.:stogie: This cigiar has been resting in my 65% rh humidor for 3 months and is the 2nd one that I have smoked from my box. I smoked the first right after spending 7 days in the freezer and two days to acclimate in my humidor. My first cigar of this type I found to be very good but this second one was excellent.:joyous: This afternoon after lighting this cigar I got a smooth and creamy spice and coffee flavor profile; I enjoyed its oily character. I topped off this smoke with a large cup of hot coffee and this afternoon went very well.:fly:

I had a Flor Del Valle Cristales. I love these. Son and family were here from Omaha and after taking everyone out for a good dinner he came over and we spent about 3 hours watching Sweet 16 games, visiting and enjoying a cigar. He grabbed an Anejo Shark. Good times!

Very good! Not a typical Ave Maria. Lots of complexity and a very unique citrus tang to it on the finish. Sort of a sweet n sour finish if that makes sense. I enjoyed it.

I'm not all that good at describing flavors of cigars but I will try. It has the typical ACID flavor of herbs and oils with a nice tobacco flavor. This one is pretty sweet like most of the blue line and I find this one to be pretty smooth compared to other ACID cigars. Not a lot of smoke but it does leave IMO a good flavor in the mouth. The way these cigars are made the burn gets pretty uneven at times but it normally works it self out. It's definitely my favorite ACID cigar. If you like ACID cigars you need to try this one.

How was it?

I honestly believe that Paul Stulac churns out some of the most underrated cigars. This particular cigar was mild- medium with just enough bang(spice) to round it out. It would make an excellent morning go-to cigar. Recommended.

Smoked my first one of these today, used my punch for the first time and used my torch insert in my zippo for the first time.

Cigar had some burn issues and had to be touched up twice. Not a lot of flavor, decent for a yard-gar.

Might have a lot to do with the fact that it was 36* outside at the time. I'm hoping the next one is better.

Today I was pleasantly surprised by my first Kismet, with great aroma and notes of cream soda. I kid you not. Also noted its extreme example of how the head is often more tightly bunched than the foot. Gotta love the art and science of cigar construction. 157115701569
