The customer service lady at P&C remembered that I would be out of town this week and held a shipment for me! I don't even remember telling her that I was going on vacation. That is great customer service!

Thank you for contacting Pipes and Cigars. The message was regarding the two missing corn cob pipes from your Pipe Tobacco of the Month Club order. We do have to ship the replacement pipes to your address that is on file with your monthly order. I knew you were going to be out of town and thought you might want me to hold the order until you returned.

It is good to see that two of the larger (probably the 2 largest) companies in this industry both go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
