Ironically, as Houston prepares to go through 4 straight days of torrential rains. Countless cigar smokes are taking advantage, hunkering down and using it as an excuse to light up.
Can you blame them, with more city wide flooding expected in the next 72 hrs. BOTL & SOTL enjoy.

Yeah, great excuse to hang out and smoke. It's been raining all week up here too, and I've been sitting under an overhang and enjoying the rain while puffing.
Good luck with the Biblical floods down there, sounds like it's going to get out of control.

Good luck indeed. People are still recovering from the floods we had in October
Hope everyone is making out ok.

I remember when I was working in Baytown TX around 2004, I think it rained around 24 days in a row. But it wasn't Noah type rain. Reminded me of living in New Orleans when I was a kid....

The Texas rain is crazy. We have had a little rain, but just pop up storms that last 30-60 minutes and gone. Yesterday a small town 15 miles away had 1.6" of rain in 20 minutes. That's a downpour.
I saw on the news that Germany and France have gotten crazy amounts of rain recently too. Strange weather.

Smoking in the rain is a personal favorite of mine. Enjoy it and stay safe!

Good luck to everyone in flood country!
One of the reasons I will never leave the PNW! No tornadoes, no hurricanes, no flooding, and few earthquakes. I can handle the snow and cold to avoid the rest.

As anyone who has ever seen me dance can attest to, dancing is not a favorite activity! :)

There's nothing like a tornado or hurricane to make you feel alive.... I never thought we would be the earthquake capital of the USA in OK....

Could be, but I know they have enough wind blowing around there.....
