Hey all. Just found this forum (via Reddit) and had to join. Pretty new to cigars (~2 months) and still feeling my way around. Started with a sampler from CI, and have since made some additional purchases around the web (CigarPage, Cigarbid, Monster, Famous, etc, etc.). Trying to find that nice/cheap everyday smoke, while also that white whale. Even ventured into the CC world, just dipping my toe in for now trying to find my sweet spot.
Personally, never married and no kids, so had to find something to spend my disposable cash on other than gambling, and think I've found it with cigars.

Hey T.C., welcome to the Bum! It's great to see a newish smoker, so ask any questions you can think of. We've got a great group of folks who will help enable you to buy and smoke more cigars than you ever thought possible!

Thanks for the welcome.
I've found that most of my newb questions are answered via a simple search, but will most certainly ask away when google refuses to help.
Went the tupperdor route, have 2 now with cedar trays and 65% bovedas, ordered a set of 4 (2 different sizes) tupperware things that should be in within a week, to try them out. I can see my disposable cash leaving quickly with this new hobby.

Welcome T.C.! Mark and Tim kind of said it all. Also, FYI, there is a Habanos side that you can request access to.

Thanks. Read the info on the Habanos forum, figured I'd join and get the hang of the forum before requesting access.

Unfortunately not. Lived in Cincinnati the majority of my life, and besides the last superbowl they were in, I've never rooted for the Bengals. NY Giants and GB Packers fan (GB fandom required by my family - all from WI)

Welcome to the Bum :beerchug: good to meet you
Glad to hear you're not a Bengals fan - we don't need any more of those around here !
2 months in and you have made the rounds and found all the auction sites I see. It's going to be tough to corrupt you any further but we like a challenge lol

Welcome TC. I think you will find The BUM a great, friendly and knowledgeable place. I look forward to seeing how your cigar hobby progresses. Questions are always welcomed.
There is an amazing cigar retailer down by you 'The Party Source". Also a few buddies of mine hang out down at the Beer Sellar. Have you been to either?

I rarely venture down across the river. Have heard Jingle Jim's up closer to be has a quality humidor, so have been meaning to check it out.
