Singing the praises of Small Batch Cigar

I recently placed a small order with Small Batch, and when it arrived I noticed the cigars were a different vitola than what I purchased. No big deal. After I contacted them about the mix-up, not only did they immediately update my order to ship out the right size, but they also told me to keep the original order. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that!

Gotta love it when a company goes the extra mile to make sure a customer is taken care of.

In the end, it may cost you a few $$ more to go that extra mile. However, customer loyalty is a beautiful thing for the long term health of your company.

They are now my main supplier these days. Orders arrive in about two days, the prices are good and packaging great...what's not to love.

I'm in NC and I get their shipments from CA in two days, also. I can barely get packages from NC in 2-3 days.

I had never heard of these guys, and with great customer service and fast free shipping (I use CI cheap shipping of $6 and it takes nearly a week), I had to take a peek for myself.

Wow! Nice prices on the few I cross referenced. Not a big selection and missing quite a bit of my regulars. I see them getting my business once I've built up a bit of my stock and am ready for the nicer sticks such as my favorite Avo's and such.

Yes sorry for the confusion I should have said originally that the code was for Small batch not CI.

Also, if you don't see what you are looking for online just send them an email and they will see if their B&M has the sticks. If so, they will put them on the website. I have done this twice and both times they were able to put them online so I could make a purchase. Great company to do business with!
