It's getting close to time to buy some churchills for watering the grass. Initially I was planning on Oliva Flor de Olivas as I know they are a good smoke for the money. But something made me look around at a couple of other places (JR and Corona) and I found some smokes I've never seen before. I'm wondering if anyone has tried these before:

M.J. Frias Presidente Natural Cigars - Corona Cigar Company (http://www.coronacigar.com/product/Cigars/Cigar-Boxes/M.J.-Frias-Presidente-Natural-Cigars-MJ25PR/)

If I bought from Corona I'd finally be able to try the Avo Classic Puritos, though I'd have to abandon my desire for a sampler of their No9's and accept some CAO Mx2.

They also have a smoke called La Caya Vintage in a Maduro wrapper that may be good. Anyone know?

Has no one tried either of these?

I'm wondering how these might compare to an Oliva Flor de Oliva or Cargo for a cheapie cigar.

I have never even heard of them, but I have also never ordered from or browsed Corona Cigars website.

Hopefully someone has given that cigar a try before. Sometimes a bum just has to bite the bullet and try something new.

I have not personally smoked one, but we sell A TON of these. Customers have left a few reviews on them, here's one: "Good Bang for Buck stick

Another great "go to" for when you want to hand out some smokes to friends who aren't regular smokers, or if you just want an inexpensive option in your box to have now and then. Really good burn, nice, thick smoke and a mild/medium flavor profile that is nice with a drink."

Never tried it but as long as it's good with a drink I have new excuse to pour up while expanding my horizons!

Thanks Jason!

Ultimately I was looking for an excuse to buy from them so I could order the Avo cigarillos. I need to buy some inexpensive bulk cigars for yard work days so I can turn my attention to buying 5ers of some nicer smokes next time. Unfortunately for my humidor brewing beer eats more of my hobby funds...
