...anyone heard of these? My local retailer has 'em but I'm not finding much online. Haven't tried the Leaf yet but I like the chupacabra quite a bit. Any experience out there in Bum land?

Have had both and would happily smoke either again. My two cents is give them a try, Leaf over the Chupacabra.

Haven't smoked the Chupacabra, but have burnt a few of the Leaf, and did enjoy them. Like that the "wrapping'' keeps the cigar right where they should be when you're ready to smoke 'em. Well worth a try.

I agree with the others on the Leaf by Oscar. I've particularly enjoyed the Connecticut and the Sumatra. Good and reasonably priced.

Just don't forget to take that outer wrapper off before you smoke a Leaf. I've a bunch of pictures on face book where people didn't and it didn't work out so well.

I've had a few of the Maduro Leafs.

Loved them. One of my favorite cigars this past summer.

Thanks for the replies folks!
I'm going to put the leaf on my short list.

By the way...
The maker claims you do not need to remove the band,it's tobacco and can be smoked if left on the cigar.
I did remove the bands before smoking the cigars, but might try smoking one with the band in place...sometime.

So far I've had the maduro, corojo, and Connecticut - all excellent with special props going to the Corojo (I'll probably buy a box.)
