Habano checked cbid after I smoked it and all they have is Connecticut . toasty sort of nutty taste which I like, at least that is what I got but I liked it

Karmen asked for medium smokes and was given the 4 pack sampler of RP The Edge smokes which are all med-full or full which I can’t seem to handle unless I’m drinking so... I have to say this full Habano is quite smooth and I’m really digging it! The draw on it is so easy too.

Just can not go wrong keeping boxes of the Villigers around anytime You don't feel like spending time sorting thru Your stash trying to find THE cigar to smoke, You can just slip a Villiger pack into a shirt or jacket pocket and get on and about. Plus, they are excellent smokes.

There’s been a few times I’ve had the gall to smoke a cigar in the house. The smell has always cleared out within 24 hours or so.

When I was in high school, my mom went out of town and we had band practice at my house and drank and smoked cigarettes like we were the Stones. I spent at least 6 hours scrubbing every surface and burning a lot of candles. Lol.

Caldwell The King is Dead. Been waiting a long time to try this based on its reputation for a milk chocolatey profile. I definitely picked up on that pre light but it drifted to the background after I put some fire to it. Construction is top notch, draw is perfect and showing some gorgeous white ash. I’m an inch in (which is about as far as this guy can usually get :rimshot: heyo!) and I’m interested to see if and how the flavors develop.

Wednesday Evening cigar.
My Father La Antiquedad Toro 5.63x55. on a cold and mostly clear night, lots of stars twinkling above. Intended to smoke a La Promesa, but somehow came up with this, actually thought I'd smoked all I had of them. Easylight, but over the first third or so the burn line just kept wandering, four relights, tho may not have needed more'n two. Anyway from about the midpoint this thing burned nicely, just do not like to have to keep touching up a cigar, most often any from Pepin Garcia burn evenly, not this one tho. Burnt faster than exp[ectyed too.

Oh yeah the cigar, from My Secret Santa Old Smokey's way over the top selection of great smokes, thanks Steve for these fine cigars and gifts. Have read Cameroon wrapped cigar in recent posts.
The Cameroon wrapper was a favourite but I've shied away from that wrapper once the quality took a sharp nose dive some time back around the mid nineties. This Don Carlos is the first Cameroon wrapped cigar that really, for Me, matched or exceeded that flavour that some cigars sported back in the seventies or eighties. This cigar was very pleasant from start to finish lit easily, burned slowly, great taste goodly amount of smoke output. Excellent construction. Thanks Old Smokey You've got me back to wanted to smoke Cameroon wrapped cigars, I missed the taste, but know where to find it once again, A.F. Don Carlos.
Now, just in case the cigar in the above photo was mot easy to spot and the label too indistinct to make out, here's one from the other side.

Shopkeep was adamant about a second cigar. Told him the palate and nose was killed after the Tat LCC. He didn't care, and threw me their house stick, which is blended by AJF, on da house to smoke. Couldn't taste shit of course, but the offer was very cool.7952

It's actually a solid smoke. It took a few months for them to burn right, but after a short rest they're very good.

Very good smoke. I’ll save you from my bitching about the box press but the draw was great, no need for relights despite stepping away from it a few times with a nice flavor. Not so much a “sweet” Maduro but still super enjoyable. This is the first Perdomo I’ve had in a long time.

Thought this was going to be a nice start to my day, but nope - I scorched it. Couldn't tell the flame height on my Xikar 3x Jet, as I was in the windy outdoors.

I'm thinking I'm cursed on this stick, since the last one (my first) I had ended up getting drenched shortly after I lit it by rain that seemed to come outta nowhere.
