I like Chillin Moose which are slightly higher in price for a 5'er, but for a couple dollars less this ones as good if not better. Thanks, and I look forward to trying the others you sent!

I love the brown label!The first 2 I had last year or so where more harsh, now they smoothed out a little. It's still a pepper bomb though. In a good way, if you like peppery smokes. I retro once and that's all I could taste the rest of the stick.

But I'm having to pull often & hard to get a good draw. Otherwise it's kind of wispy.
Not getting much flavor, not even off the retro.
A little disappointed. I was expecting more.

When I first took the cigar out of the cello all I could smell was wet dog (and im thinking that's a great start), which I've never gotten from any other stick. Then the cut. Cut once, looks good, draw test, nothing. Second cut, draw test, nothing...wtf?! Grab draw tool, drill one hole, no real resistance in or out, draw test, Notthing. Another hole, pull out pretty much nothing, draw test, NOTHING! I was just about to pitch it, when my eyes got a glimpse of the foot... I'm a moran [emoji58]. This thing has a closed foot, which is so perfect I couldn't even see it in 5 minutes of mucking around with it.

Incredibly after all that it lit up and draws perfectly, which by itself is enough for me to appreciate the construction of these things in a whole new light. Flavors are also amazing. Woodsy central, with a little pepper and cinnamon, and a tobacco sweetness that likes to come and go and evolves into a sourdough sweetness which I love. Very interesting. Anywho... Mexico is no slouch when it comes to good tobacco. Try the Casa Turrent 1901 if you get a chance, really nice smoke.

It's based in Honduras, Kafie 1901 Cigars. This one was the Don Fernando Maduro Blend, it is really great.

Haven't had a stick since Sunday, my best friend of close to 35yrs came down from NC for a visit. I tried to offer him a mild cigar to try, but he just wasn't into it.
So I decided to not make him sit outside for 1hr + every day he was here just to indulge

He is on his way back home this afternoon as I enjoy this Guardian Of The Farm.
Worth the wait, I might add.

First, I greatly appreciate you sharing this stick with me.

Construction and burn were great. I thought it was an enjoyable smoke and surprisingly mid to mild with kind of a sweet bready profile (I think it would make a great morning w/coffee cigar). All that said, I dont think it would come to mind as a top 10 cigar as many are calling it.
