Mmmm pork is delicious, plus the cigar looks great also. My new pet chicken has been hell on my grass, but the eggs have been pretty damn spanky. I wish I could get her to scratch my back like she scratches the yard....

Chickens are rough on grass for sure. You need to move her around if possible to give the grass a chance to recover. I bet there ain't a crawling insect in sight tho :)

CentralTimeSmoke mine got here quick, so I decided to light one and give you a brake down literally ROTT.

Cold draw - pool chlorine and cardboard box.

First third - ammonia and light pepper.

Second third - lightly sweet and a general savory saltiness. I think this is the caramel they were talking about in the review.

Final third - sourdough and a light spice finish like cinnamon or cardamom.

Construction - good but kind of loose using a perfect cutter. Biting down on the head (insert joke here) helped a lot, so next time I'll try a punch . Ash is light and falls one inch a time, but not flaky. Smoke time 1 hour and 6 minutes, but should be longer with a punch cut.

Final thoughts - at $2 a stick these over deliver on complexity and construction, but lack body. All flavors are very light and have a short finish, which might be really good for a refined palate or a new smoker. Glad you enjoyed that Ninfamaniac Dark TJ, anytime I sense or pick-up on a flavour shift while smoking it's going to be on the retrohale, other wise it'd have to be blast of pepper for me notice a change.
The rare times I do "get" a flavour note, still couldn't put a name to it.

Wednesday I grabbed the first thing I saw, I love the Corona Gorda size. Been meaning to try the Brick House Fumas, if they are half as good as these they would seem to be a great stick for the price. Might have to grab a few on my next order to see if in fact that is the case.

I tweaked my back last weekend...reading in bed. Yeah, that’s embarrassing. I don’t normally lay on my stomach and apparently I pinched a damn nerve. Anyway, after a rough week, I’m feeling much better thanks to my doctor and my YMCA membership that includes a whirlpool. This cigar tastes as good as those jets felt!

Maybe I’m just unlucky? I’ve tried 4 of these skinny monsters the Hyde, Frank, Jekyl, and now the Drac pictured above. And everyone has been an absolute NO DRAW nightmare! Literally skewered this one and just barely as getting any smoke output. Thank god ive never purchased a box! I’m a huge Tat fan but these have been ridiculous. Anyone else have similar problems with these?

No pic tonight but had an AB Nica Puro this evening while chatting with my new upstairs neighbors ( I just moved from my house of 20 yrs to a nearby apartment). Still acclimating to the change but am thrilled that this young couple both also enjoy cigars as it quelled my concern that neighbors might object to my outdoor hobby (their balcony is directly over mine). They also just moved in and each sampled one of my KFC Chunkies as we had a nice evening chat. So life here is looking up.

August 6 2016 was the date I lost my little Yorkie terrier Joey. I picked up a fiver of Headley Grange that weekend when he died and smoked one last year on his anniversary and smoked the 2nd one this year. A good smoke and age has not hurt it at all. I have 3 left and just thought that I probably wont smoke any of them or any other Headley that I buy except on his anniversary. Strange but dont think I could smoke one except on his date. Maybe time will change that , dont know.

On a happier note, have had a few Hemingway naturals, Asylum 13 robusto recently and last night a Matilde with 2 years rest on it. Two years turned it into an amazing mellow flavorful smoke. Need to get some more of them and try to age them some.

I've cut cigars down, smoked them in pipes and I don't 'toast the foot'. Ever.
My cigar cutter is for cutting coins of rope and twist. Teeth are for cutting caps... well sometimes a razor blade if it's a fussy cap.

Oh Lord! I've seen 'em, but never knew anyone that took one on. You gotta take pics and give us a report - IF you survive!This is the only other one I took. It really didn't take that long, and was pretty anti climactic.
