They still had some at the shop here in Omaha earlier this summer that put them out. The price has nearly tripled since I first got them. I think I have at least one in my humidor

Saturday Night Mystery Cigar.
No Band or Label light brown cello, very flat cap box pressed Toro 6x50.
Only info I got was that it was a Connecticut, maybe Maduro four touch ups, fair smoke output and quite nice retrohales, close to full power start to finish.
Somewhere around an Hour and a Half burntime. Sorry no pix.

Monday Night My Mystery smoke #2.
Same info as the first one of these I smoked, Day or two ago.
"No Band or Label light brown cello, very flat cap box pressed Toro 6x50."
Both Cigars have Connecticut wrappers...but this one is a much lighter Wrapper shade, that feels smoother.
Good construction , decently long burntime, almost an Hour.

Sorry I’ve been MIA,
Puppy got severely sick again last Wed night was at the ER vet till 3 am, then regular vet the next morning. Wife and I had to “sleep” with him in living room for 4 nights. Between my health issues and stress I got sick myself, so first day I’ve felt like trying to enjoy a stick. Been missing you all and hope Milton didn’t hit any of you too hard. A good cigar. Surprisingly strong for a Connecticut. Supposed to be reminiscent of old Davidoff. Blended by the brother of Eladio Diaz, formerly of Davidoff, whose name also happens to be Eladio.

It had an unfortunate crack in the wrapper. Seemed more like a nick, as it extended beyond the wrapper through the binder. I had to cover the hole like I was playing a lute until it burned past that point. This detracted a bit from the experience.

Thanks Kayla, I figured you were ok, but I seems to have a strong fatherly concern about my family, kids, grandkids and people I call friends, I just had to make sure.

I think my small town sent some folks down to help get things powered on. They need to send our local National Guard unit to NC, they specialize in building roads and bridges on battle fields. Those poor people who lived back in the wilderness are really in a bad way.

Thank goodness the weather is nice, the high was only 86 today. The electric company estimates we will have power restored on Thursday, 8 days from when we lost it. That includes the office, we haven’t been able to work since Tuesday, I cannot imagine what we will be walking into on Thursday.

Had to jimmy the lock off and thankfully it snapped. Gonna give the E a relighting when I get back, but damn am I glad (and why I'm interested in bundle smokes) this wasn't a $20/LE/Gurkha. He’s now on an allergy shot, and a few other meds to help with his outbreaks. So far the shot has been doing great, but as it starts to wear off we will have to continue to have him get them. We have a great vet, and it’s a manageable issue. Just scared the heck out of me and my wife, and of course he was terrified. The shot can last between 4-8 weeks it just depends on him, so far we are at 4 weeks this coming Thursday. Thank you and everyone who has asked about our little boy.

As I kid, these Black and Orange wrapped candies were the cast-offs. Always left to the end of the Halloween trick or treating loot.
I think they are peanut butter taffy.
Now they are one of my favorites. Funny how tastes change.

Looked and felt well constructed, but burned fast, Thirty - Thirty One minutes. Not underfilled...burn was fair;y even , but fast, like fast for sure.

Fine long burning cigar one of My favourite smokes from Don Jose Pepin Garcia.
Sadly there will no more of these, once the few Robustos and Churchills I have are smoked.
More than likely the tobaccos used in the blend will find their way into a new line from My Fathers, and naturally at higher prices.
