Not bad pretty much ROTT from the Angel's Site. Draw is pretty open. Much more mild compared to the 99, and pretty much the opposite spectrum end compared to the Edge Lite. Unsalted peanuts comes through nicely.

Fine Construction excellent long burning smoke all the way.

What is going on in the band artwork here?

A lot. The Paul Stulac El Nuevo Comienzo ( The New Begining ) sure does have some interesting and elaborate artwork on the band. Angel & Devil getting to know each other a little more intimately ? or simply His way of saying He's back creating some good new cigars? this one is the Privada Limitada and has a Mexican San Andrés Wrapper size is 5x54. Paul Stulac also has a El Neuvo Comienzo Paul Stulac Excclusiva, a 5.5x54 which features a Connecticut Broadleaf Wrapper. The Wrapper shade on both of these lines are very nearly the same,the Cigars do smoke differently tho. They also have different coloured foot bands. Since You so very thoroughly detest, I might even go far as to say You may not even like, Box Pressed cigars.
Given Your oft stated revulsion for any and all cigars of the Box Pressed nature. You may nevertheless want to get a hold of one the Bands for proper analysis of the artwork.

Well was looking for something to honor my grandfather I almost went with a personal reserve but thought I may have an illusion 88 but only had an 888. Then I saw that tubo. I bought it in okc about 3-4 years ago (give or take). It was a good cigar and gave me time to digest the past few weeks.

Cello was dark and it still had plenty of punch lots of smoke and good flavor. I have heard holding on to cigars too long they lose something but really have not found 1 yet I can say I waited too long on.

Saw a shirt on Amazon a while back that resonated with me yesterday it said "Cigars are my Therapy "

Ps just looked up the release date on this cigar they came out in 2016. So I wouldn't be surprised if this was an Original release.

I find it’s easier to get a feel for a new cigar once it acclimates to my preferred RH, and these have only been off the truck 2 days. That said, I liked it. I believe it will benefit greatly from a bit of rest, but I’m glad I got a box. I’ll try another either next week or the following, to see how they are then. If you like Warped cigars, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Sunday Afternoon Churchill.
Got a late start today lit this at 2:40 PM.
Oliva Serie V Melano Churchill 7x52.
This is at least a full sized Cigar , looks eve large cuz of the Box Press. Fine Constuction as expected from one of the relatively new top of the line Olivas.
Even burn start to finish plenty of smoke, smooth, not harsh retrohales tho I can't put names to flavour changes, they are there. and if you don't rush the smoking time it's a thoroughly enjoyable cigar.
Burn time: An Hour and Thirty Nine Minutes.
This beauty from My Secret Santa Regiampiero, one of many excellent cigars delivered by a ruddy nosed Reindeer.
.And sue nuff I don't have a portrait of this Serie V Melano. But it's the Tallest one in this snap.

Tuesday Evening My Father cigar.
Vegas Cubanas by Don Pepin Magnates 7.63x49.
Nicaraguan Puro Habano Rosado Wrapper.
These are sone of the easiest to enjoy, just cut light and they burn evenly start to finish.
Well not this one after only a few puffs it started burning unevenly, wavy did not self correct, had to touch up seven times. Grrrr.
Then with about two inches to go burn straightened out and the burnline was really even till the end.
First one of the Magnates to be this disappointing, hope it was a one off. Off it sure was.

Thursday Afternoon Smoke.
Esteban Carreas Taken From The devil's Hand Toro 6x50.
Corojo wrapper.
Smoked ROTT...well six minutes after arrival
regret the delay ah.m jest too slow.No burntime but it was a good smoke,compared to other E.C. cigars I've smoked this one may be a wee bit better'n most.
No pix. The two five packs came in just after Noon time.Should have a picture Friday Morning.
Advance info...the Cigar looks like a Cigar.

Curivari Buenaventura BV500 from WNYTONY

When I received my ginormous bomb from my Secret Santa I put the cigars in order of how excited I was to smoke them and then smoked in reverse order. This baby is second-to-last and I have been looking forward to it for 2 months. I only recall smoking 2 of these before and it has been years but my memory says they were amazing. Thanks for letting me try it again Tony!

They say February is the best month for lanceros with the low humidity, but I guess they forgot about it being so dam cold it's hard to smoke a long cigar like that !

He is the king of the small ring gauge and they pack so much flavor. Cool guy - I was on a vherf with him once and he was explaining all about how the smaller ring cigars are made. Interesting stuff

2017 Dunhill Aged Tabaras Tubo

Had some additional age to it.

Extremely tasty and pretty strong on flavor for such a light wrapper and petite cigar.

Perfect draw,burn and construction.

Was a perfect first ever Dunhill for me. Will definitely be looking at prices on these.

The "old" ones made by Don Pepin Garcia were one of favourite,wasn't sure this reincarnation would be close to the DPG made cigar.
They are very,very much alike.The Sumatra Wrapper is good one.

Had a L:GDC, thought I had, set aside for today. Can't find it.Didn't know I had this La Imp.
Think Smokin Monkey is playing around again. The foot of the La Imp was kind a beat up, but once going smoked well.
