Brick House Double Connecticut Churchill

My 3rd recent production Brick House compared to the large bomb of 5+ year old ones i have smoked through, and I'll say these definitely benefit a lot from a little age.

The recent production ones can't hold a candle to the aged ones, not that the recent production ones are bad, with the exception of the Natural I had that was just terrible, but were excellent aged.

Opus X Lost City Double Robusto

My first of these.

Excellent taste and lots of thick, rich, flavorful smoke. Definitely a full bodied cigar, but not overwhelmingly so at all.

Burn required a correction early on them was fine the rest of the way.

Draw was perfect

Construction wise, the wrapper cracked pretty badly near the foot, and 2 near the head, but none peeled, so weren't really weren't a problem.

Caldwell Lost & Found One Night Stand. Believe it was the 2017 release. There are a few One Night Stands. Cigarpage had these, and still do at times, for $15/fiver.

The band art is pretty cool, especially near the bottom - can't make out what it is but looks like a monster under the sheets. Maybe more innuendo?

This was #4 of a fiver i bought, and the first i have had any real issues with.

The wrapper cracked and peeled all over the entire cigar for some reason, but otherwise was fine.

I’m not sure if I just forgot that this is CA’s highest rated cigar ever or if I never knew it, but what I do know is that I smoke one of these like once a month minimum and that sticker is on the cello of every single one and I JUST noticed it. I don’t often agree with their ratings but this is definitely in my top 5

Outstanding taste and a medium-full to full.

Gorgeously black, oily sheen wrapper. If they hadn't listed it as a Maduro i would have thought it was an Oscuro for sure it was so black.

Great morning wake up smoke. Glad I picked it up on my finally, first ever trip to the local shop after having lived here almost 3 years now.

Burn was a disaster and even with an easy draw it took 4 to 5 puffs to get a decent amount of smoke.

RyJ Reserva Real Toro

Another tasty new to me selection from my trip to the local shop finally.

Very smooth and mellow but still very flavorful and great smoke volume with a 54rg.

Perfect draw,burn and construction

Overall, definitely a cigar I have added to my list to buy more of in a future order .

Curious to try the Nicaraguan version too.
