Way back at the time prior to the (first) election Obama won. Had a Professor who was very involved in the Democratic party(National) tell me that that Guy "Is not as bad as You think He is." Now the Woman who told me that had Him for a Neighbor, or some Family member did, so She did know Him But He's always seemed too dang creepy to Me.Sure would not want him fondling a cigar of mine, let alone get a look at a Child. Anyways figure most if not all these people just speak from the script they're given.

Maybe if some of those Polyticans had a warm , sincere smile like that of Smilin' Monkey one might be tempted to listen to them. Not try to understand let alone trust anything they say.

Yessir, happy to see the 'gang' again while enjoying a smoke. Dad broke his leg a couple months ago and at 84, someone has to always be with him. We're trying to keep him at his home as long as possible so all hands are on deck to take care of him as he can't get up on his own, nor walk without help from a walker. We hope to get him to a cane soon, but it's so damn sad to see him this way as he's always been an active person.
Oh, I forgot to tell you that Biden wants to feel your hairy legs and check for roaches......

I smoked a Fuente Nekkid King this afternoon generously given to me by my Secret Santa @chain gang. Thank you my friend. Civic did

I started smoking outside, but was relegated to heading indoor due to a 20mph wind and it was feeling pretty cold.

I rarely detect specific flavors inn cigars and today was no different. It was medium strength and I could tell it changed flavor changes at 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3, but this old goat could not identify. Tasted like good Fuente tobacco to me. The burn was flawless throughout and had a perfect draw with generous smoke. I smoked it for 1hr 40 min at had to lay it down with 1/4 of it left due to having to enter a business for about 30 minutes and it's difficult to smoke through a fucking mask.

I am a great, good, ok, it sucked smoker and this one was a good++. I only smoke about 2 cigars a month and during the winter months smoke smaller cigars, but look forward to revisit this spring.

I hope you Bums gathered great knowledge from my perception and enlightened delicate aura. :)

So TJ, care to fill in the blanks? :)

Funny you mention tobacco, because that's the first thought I had when smelling the foot - just pure, good smelling tobacco.
I cant detect 72 different flavors either, but I'd put it in the cedar forward category maybe with some leather.

I really liked this cigar.

A. Fuente Gran Reserva Double Chateau 6.75x 50
Made sure that I'd be able to relax and enjoy the cigar with out chance of interruption.Fired this beauty up early Friday evening.Noticed,when cutting,the unusual flat cap,tho minus a brim.
The cedar sleeve well protected the attractive wrapper of this solidly packed cigar. Easy light and no need to relight or touch up while smoking.
Burn time was One Hour and Twenty Nine Minutes.
Heartfelt thanks to Alan S. for the gift of this fine cigar.Thoroughly enjoyed smoking...right on down to the nub.

That's how it's done! I didn't get a chance to join in Fuente Friday last night. Took my son to his first high school football game. He just started real school and is going to the same school I graduated high school from. They had alumni weekend last night so we took him for the festivities. He had a blast!

Just sparked up an Opus Angels Share. Love these things.
Does anyone have any Angel Share with the secondary band being cream colored instead of red? The cream bands were the Original release.

TJ, I don’t have any cream bands. The first AS I smoked was when they were first released and bought 1 at Outlaw Cigar in KC and it was the cream band. They had a limit on them, which is why I only grabbed one.

I did snap a pic of today’s smoke and sent it to Nature asking if he would mind posting it to this thread. No reply yet. He’s probably chasing a neighborhood dog that’s in heat! Playa gon play! :)

People have been complaining about this for years and I thought Fuente had finally fixed their band glue problem. I have noticed an improvement over the last several years, but apparently it's hasn't been fully corrected. That's a pisser! I have only smoked 1 GOF and it was a 2009 Carlito and it was an exceptional cigar IMO. Thanks for the info!
