Ok, reading some of the posts in this thread. Have only three NCs at this time.
But...one is a Fuente. Have really enjoyed those I've smoked lately.
Now unless the My Father Vegas Cubanas show up rather soon like, may well grab some Fuentes to balance things out.

If you haven't had a maduro Hemingway I'd highly recommend giving them a shot. (I think AlanS would agree with me) they've got the great Hemingway flavor with some maduro sweetness.

I'm smoking one as I type, and right now I believe it has passed the 46 as my favorite Anejo. Subject to change when I fire up another 46. Just good stuff, both of them.....

I agree with @Droy, that 888 gives the 46 a SOLID run for it's money.

Last friday in September.A. Fuente Anejo Reserva Xtra Viejo...5.5x 46. Been waiting a while before smoking this gem courtesy of Alan S (AKA The Shadow) at last the slight sinus thing that was messing with me on the retrohale is gone, and just in time for F.F. One really fine cigar, very much appreciated Alan.
Smoked out doors not sure of burn time, other than it being a super smooth long slow burn.

Friday Morning Fuente. Arturo Fuente Casa Cuba Flor Fina Doble Tres...5.5x44. WNYTONY very graciously sent me this super smooth cigar to enjoy, and enjoy smoking it I certainly did. Super slow burning cigar to relax with. Paired with some good hot coffee, a fine start to a lucky thirteenth. Many thanks Tony.

Frigid Friday February 2nd = FuenteA. Friday. A.fuente 8-5-8...6x47. Sure does seem as if Summer's gone, 30F on front porch, tote out the little heater? Nope.
Smoked this Fuente that Ciro delivered when he decided to interpret M.A.W, as Maul And Dismember a Bum. Stealth Pearl Harbour style
Good hot coffee and a Gran Reserva makes the day brighter, doing so indoors proved a wisely warmer way to go.

The project was four years in the making and was blended by Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr. Like all Ashton-branded products, it’s made in the Dominican Republic at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia.

They definitely got the Symmetry right. Haven't had many Ashton's but I enjoyed the Symmetry!!

I haven't seen them either. Apparently my local got a box of 888's in their pre Christmas shipment and some guy came in that same day and bought every box of Opus in that shipment. It took the owner a month before he told me why he didn't have any Opus. I guess another example of money talks.

I've found them online for $25 a stick but I dunno about that. There's a place about 100 miles from me that always gets an awesome selection of Opus that they sell at MSRP. I need to run up there one day and scope it out.

I haven't seen them either. Apparently my local got a box of 888's in their pre Christmas shipment and some guy came in that same day and bought every box of Opus in that shipment. It took the owner a month before he told me why he didn't have any Opus. I guess another example of money talks.

When they came, I was disappointed in how they looked but as soon as I lit one, I couldn't have given a shit what it looked like.

He smoked the Devine Inspiration not remembering it was Fuente and got the shock when he started checking box prices. Now he's pissed at the box count and that they cost that much ! I love it
