Is this a thing that's going to happen?

Is someone usually in charge (other than Santa)?

Do we have enough active pipers to make it worthwhile?

Copy off lvfcrook1503 an just change it to pipers....with pipe related items.... lvfcrook1503 would probably help write it up....

I certainly don't mind being Santa (I've handled these before), but before doing so I want to make sure everyone's ok with the rules.

What minimum limit would you guys like set? Two tins or the equivalent 4oz of bulk? Higher than that? Lower than that, in effect making this about the true spirit of the season: giving? Would you rather stick to a dollar amount? Obviously the goal is to include as many participants as possible, although there aren't that many of us here.

Let's keep this open for a few days to give people a chance to chime in, and then I'll start a signup thread with all of the specifics.

I'm in, and I think 2 tins or 4oz bulk sounds like a good suggested minimum.

If we're alright with some Canadian participation I'd like to be included in the pipe Santa as well. Think 2 tins would be a good minimum.

Seems like 2/4 is the way to go... No point in wasting any more time, I'll get a signup thread started ASAP!
