I am pretty much a Robusto/Toro Size Cigar Smoker. I have never been into Lancero or Corona Size Cigars, except for the Opus-X Petite Lancero, in the past.

I am looking to pick up on a smaller cigar and I am thinking a true Corona size 5.0" or 5.5" X 42rg or 44rg.

I would appreciate suggestions on any you have experience with, that are Med/Full - Earthy, Spicy, etc., However, I would also like to try some that have more of a sweet, honey, baked bread type profile.

I really thought you'd have more replies to this. If I were you I'd start with cigars I know I like and see if they offer a corona size. Hopefully some more people will chime in with some sweeter options, I would like to hear those myself.

Man o War Puros Authenticos are definitely med/full. The Ruination also comes in corona size. For the sweeter I'd try the Ambos Mundos Habano Shorts.

Did some more thinking about this...

Spicy, earthy, medium body:
-Caldwell Long Live the King The Heater. Longer than you asked for, but close enough.
-Matilde Renacer corona
-Tatuaje brown label Noella
-My Father corona (can be found on cbid)

Sweet, honey, baked bread, I would say look at the CC world for this one, lots of options
-Juan Lopez should be right up your alley
-Por Larranaga also has a very nice caramel and honey sweetness to it
-Hoyo de Monterrey, more of a sweet cream sweetness, but there's some honeyed sweetness to it as well
-Non CC: Warped Flor de Valle Cristales hits on all three cylinders. It's 6" long, but 42rg and will be exactly what you're looking for

Nice, you got two of the ones I was going to say with the Caldwell and the My Father.

My Father Le Bijou has a limited edition corona that's awesome if you can find any and has some of that great spicy and sweet Nicaraguan thing going.

I'm about to put the Oliva Serie V in my top 5 all-timers, and this one comes in a corona with a very reasonable price tag. Plenty of spices and earth.

No idea how I forgot to put down the Oliva V No 4. That's right down the line of earthy, spicy, full-flavored.

speaking of Oliva. What's with all the online shortage all of a sudden? Never seen that before.

Yeah I noticed that on CI especially. Atlantic has had some in stock, that's where I got a box of the coronas just a week or two ago.

Melanios have been in short supply ever since getting the #1 Cigar rating from Cigar Aficionado earlier this year. Maybe the regular V has gotten a boost from that too?

No love for Viva Republica Guerrilla Warfare? That seems like it might fit the bill. Just had one the other night after about six months, it reminded me why I fell in love with them in the first place!
