anyone have a email address or even a phone number for humi care?? i have a blue hurf a dor that was a gift from a bum that i got just over a year ago and have had some issues with the latches and actually just broke one yesterday and wanted to see if i could buy some replacement ones before i looked into buying a new one all together (which with my luck i had with the latches im debating if i want to buy another lol)

hmm looks like i will start there lol...... dont see me getting far as Jimmys friend asked if he could buy latches from them when they where at Cigars International over the summer. looks like i may be getting a new travel humidor

I've had the latches on my travel humidors break off, but I wouldn't really call it breaking. The one I had, I believe it's a Herf-A-Dor, the latches actually slide off. I don't think the latch has much to do with the actual seal, other than keeping the two halves pinned to one another. As long as it latches shut, I think you'll be okay.

Now if it's actually broken, that's a different story.

yeah they slide on and off and the dovetail it slides onto on the actual humidor busted off so i got some small machine screws and screwed the latches in place and now the actual latches are busting themselves... no where near where i crewed into but the actual bottom part of the latch

If you can't get latches from them, let me know and I will see if the spare latches we have for the Cigar Caddy brand will fit

well Cigars International say they have blue latches they are gonna send me. i probably will be looking into a camo travel humidor soon kayla. just gotta wait till some regual paychecks come in since i had missed some time with my back injury but when they do i will be loading up on cigars and supplies!!

well small update on this but 3 weeks later still no latches for the hurf-a-dor!!!

Dude, call them back, it sounds like the order is lost in limbo, they are usually on top of that stuff

they have gotten a email. i actually lost track of the time with going on a special project at work my birthday vacation and so on lol
