Cruzzzing through the Devils site and Foundry Cigar Co caught my eye. Wondering if anyone has tried any of their stuff?
If so what was your thoughts?
Cheers

Local shop had the Uranium I believe...bought 2 as I always do when trying a new stick. Wasnt bad that I recall but I havent bought anymore so it wasnt worth the price I paid in my limited opinion.
Neat band if I recall..

had some of the elements, not horrible, not great. I did like the War of the Currents I believe, it was the one that is rolled like an Opus BBMF. Decent stick

Only one I've had is the Chillin' Moose, and it was...I'm waffling between Very Good and Outstanding. I thought it looked gimmicky so I had very low expectations, but I definitely want some more.

I've had the Carbon. Quite a nic bomb. Reminded me of a Camacho Triple Maduro. I also have a couple of Uranium resting. Bought them for the band: a skeleton giving the finger. I've got to clear some time for one of those, though. A 7 x 70.

Not a fan, tried a few and just not for me. I do know some folks like them so it's up to the person if they are your flavor profile.

They're supposedly made with some super-secret exotic tobaccos. I have a Currents resting, the Orange County or something. It has a ridiculous huge metal ring on it.

Have a box of Chillin' moose on it's way. I've heard for the price they're amazing but have yet to try on myself.

I've had a number of the elements series... Carbon, Helium, Americum, Db, Krypton and Pottasium. Of these I really like the Carbon...great price for a tasty well made cigar. Also love the Krypton's. I have purchased several boxes of Chillin Moose robustos and for $2 a stick they might be the best cigar for the money anywhere. I've had other Foundry cigars also, like the Rare Air series and the 1964/2014/2064 series (forget their name) and I would say I've never had a bad Foundry cigar.

Was bombed a few of the Chillin Moose. They were decent for the pricepoint but not enough to make me go back for more.... yet.
Haven't tried any of the others though.
You thinking for you or for the shop ?

For me Tony. Just saw them and they caught my eye. Interesting concept. They say something about a SUPER SECRET tobacco. I know just hype and well "smoke -n- mirrors" so to speak LOL but they for some reason just jumped off the page at me. I haven't seen anyone smoking them or anyone really talking about them so I thought I would ask my fellow BOTL their thoughts...
Cheers

I didn't read anything about them and I thought the metal gears were gimmicky so I avoided them initially. Then when the elements came out they segregated some cigars for B&M only. My local (Keiffers Cigars) had the Carbon, a nice looking fat maduro for around $6, which in NY is cheap. I tried one and really liked it so I bought more and started trying more of their cigars. Some I like more than others. I haven't smoked one that burned bad or had any construction or draw issues. The Chilling Moose line run $37 to $46 range and for $2 they're hard to match especially if you like Nicaraguan cigars. I can't think of many bundle cigars that can compete with it...maybe a Sosa or Flor de Oliva.
