I stumbled across an old episode of "Columbo" and of course he had his inimitable petit corona going. In one scene, I noticed he was actually smoking a candella wrap. Cool, eh?

Of course everyone knows Hannibal from the A Team and also Ron Pearlman's character, "Clay" in Sons of Anarchy.

Who can forget Archie Bunker in Norman Lear's classic, All in the Family. The episode where Kramer smokes comes to mind, too.

Who are your TV star cigar standouts?

Might not be from a show, but the first image that comes to mind when I think of cigars and tv is this:

If I could like this a million times I would. Great movie and a great character.

Not a TV star, but I always think of Michael Jordon. Mainly because he's been smoking cigars pretty much his entirely (not just a fad smoker) and his cigar collection costs more than most individuals homes.

In the baseball world of cigar smoking celebrities is Jack McKeon. There are many articles online about him smoking upwards of 8 to 9 or more cigars per day.

Crikey moses! You guys couldn't follow an instruction if it were screamed by Knute Rockne and bit you in the ass at the same time.

The theme here is TV stars with Cigars. It's not movie stars, sports gods, or random people out of the barn.

Once again, the theme here is TV stars with Cigars.

Gomez Adams and Oscar Madison get bones points.

I vaguely remember Rizzo…

Colonel Potter of M*A*S*H was seen smoking cigars. The actor, Harry Morgan was also known to smoke cigars.

Sorry. I couldn't resist.

To be fair though I recall seeing an episode of 2 and a half men where Charlie Sheen had a cigar.
Then there was also an episode on Rules of Engagement where Patrick Warburton was smoking
a cigar. Sorry, I'm not really much a fan of either of those shows though.

Cobie Smulders as Robin on How I Met Your Mother would occasionally smoke a cigar. So did Barney, but figured we all rather see a picture of her :stogie:

Yup. He did a great job with every role I ever saw him play. .I really liked him in Dragnet opposite Jack Webb. Does anyone know if Morgan was also on the radio version that preceded the TV show?

I can't say for sure if he was on the radio version, but he was not on the original episodes of dragnet that ran from 1951-1959, except for one episode in 1954. His character, Bill Gannon didn't become a main character until the episodes that ran from 1967-1970.

According to what I've read, Clint Eastwood is a non-smoker...cigars or otherwise. His cigar was only to fill out a role. So I wouldn't qualify him as any sort of 'cigar fan'...

I've heard the same thing but at least his son doesn't take after him:
