Diesel Unlimited d.X 5.75"X56
Wrapper : San Andres Habano
Filler : Condega and Esteli Nicaragua
Prelight : This cigar has a firm pack, with a heavy feel and a slight barnyard aroma. Unfortunately, I took the cello off to take a picture for these reviews, and put it back on while I took the cigar outside. This was probably a mistake, and when I take it out to light it there's a 1"X.25" rip in the wrapper smack in the middle of the cigar. Probably caused by me and the cello. Anyway, no stopping now.
1/3 : Had to give this two cuts with my perfect cutter to get a good draw going. When I do, I get a decent amount of smoke with an easy draw. Medium full body right off the bat with a smooth smoke. No distinct flavors hit me but I get "deep" flavors that last on my tongue for a long time, very long finish. Some notes I picked up throughout this third where tobacco, nut and cocoa/very dark chocolate.
2/3 : No strength at all through the 2/3 point and on which is fine by me. The finish is very long and gets even "deeper", lasting with more intensity I guess. I enjoy a long finish when the flavors are good. A deep, woodsy note comes in and dominates the finish now. No pepper or spice at all, and I notice it's pairing really well with my 12yr Glenfiddich. There are a lot of flavors, not distinct, but they just smoothly go with each other. I'm done at a bit past the hour mark, so I won't put a 3/3 section in this review. This is because the wrapper is pretty much f#@ked at this point. As I was smoking it was unraveling a bit more and more, and I decided to put it down a little after this picture was taken. The burn was good throughout the cigar.

Overall : Will try this cigar out again. I enjoyed it the smooth smoke, flavors were good and I think it deserves a full smoke without me worrying about holding the wrapper together each time I take a puff.
