I'm fine. I took a forum break because I occasionally get very self conscious when my posts dominate this thread. I really like seeing what everybody smokes, but when I continually see me having five, six or seven smokes in a row, I start to wonder about everybody else, and why more don't post. I know more smoking is going on than I see, and I could be wrong about this, but it seems like there are more posts when I don't post. That's happened the last couple times I took a break. I'm glad to see the other posts, which are every bit as important as anything I do. I hope I don't sound cranky. I just like the company here and want to see more of it.

The last of my stash of Smoker’s Pride Rum in a 2003 IMP horn Meer. Listening to Vin Scully and the Dodgers on the XM.

I wish I did smoke more. Just about everything I smoke I post. Not much I know. One or 2 bowls a week and one or two cigars.

I love seeing your posts though, as I Think I have mentioned before.
I just wish there were pics (which I think you have addressed in the past....)

This evening I am smoking a bowl of SG Navy Flake in my extra large Rossi Freehand.:pipe: I was looking thru my stash and came across the SG Navy Flake and while smoking it I told my wife how delicious it was, and she asked me why I don't smoke it more often. It had been nearly a year since I had last smoked it and her question took me off guard so I thought about it.:ask: Eventually I told her that I have so many choices of great tobacco that I would not be satisfied in simply smoking a favorite. It is interesting to me that I had talked to a friend living in Europe and he was complaining that he can only get Cuban cigars and his tobacco choices were so few. I realized that here in the U.S. at the present time did allow me to obtain a wide variety of cigars and tobacco. My friend told me that he would trade places with me in a heartbeat. I immediately felt bad for him but happy for me that I have so many choices; for me it was "food for thought". I am topping off this smoke with an ice cold mug of "Guinness Draught" brew and I am in good spirits.:beerchug:

It's really good.
I'm a Vaper man all the way and this is a fantastic one.
It's complex with a lot of different flavors going on. Not quite as sweet as some Vapers.
Best enjoyed in a large bowl IMO.

A lot of the hard to find blends are mostly hype and when I finally get to try them I'm kind of let down because I've built it up in my mind.
Not so with this one. It delivers.

Drying out a load of Red Raparree on the Filson for a potential bowl around the campfire tonight.
Even if I don't get to the smoke, it makes my hat smell good.

Filson is good stuff. I had one of the hats with the shorter brim but left it too close to the heater vent all winter and it shrunk.

I haven't been smoking until the evenings for the past while...

Last night I had a bowl of HV (Homborger Veermaster) in a MM cob with a Foreverstem. The night before last I had a bowl of HV in a Dr G. The night before that I had a bowl of HV in a Hilson Vintage 1/8 bent Bulldog. I don't remember what I smoked HV in the night before that.
