I was navy from 2001 to 2009, and would love to get a box of those, even if the cigars sucked. Would love it if you could pm me info on where you got them from

Would be a great addition to my little bit of navy memorabilia decorating my room, and being navy and cigar related at once is perfect.

Do have one navy cigar that was made for a special event at someone's shop, and was generously gifted her last navy one, plus 2 Marines to smoke, although I gave one to a cool, old Vietnam Veteran Marine who is a pipe smoker but occassionally has a cigarillo. Put a big smile on his face, and he plans to hang on to it.

He even introduced me to his son when he visited recently and told him I was the vet who gave it to him, so he must have shown it off.

The kind lady who sent them to me was also very happy she helped make a combat vets day.

And good on your son for serving, especially in the best branch of the military.

I'm sure he will love it. I certainly did and would have stayed the full 20 years if my knees hadn't gone bad and was not allowed to reenlist.

Poop, unfortunately they are out of stock on the box of Navy Churchills.

Hopefully they get some soon, would love to empty them into an extra box and put the box and 1 cigar in my currently tiny navy decorations. Unfortunately all my navy stuff is in a storage unit 6 hours away. Plan to donate most of the stuff in in, and move the little bit I want to a local storage unit.

Would love to have all my command ballcaps and shadow box with my medals, dress uniform crow with rate symbol, and command rockers to display on my currently bare wall.

Trying to decorate my room here at the veterans home so it's more homey and less institutional feeling, especially since I'm likely to be here the rest of my life, and I'm currently only 47, so likely to be here a long time.

There were a few OpusX left (which usually get stuck back for the regulars because my shop doesn't get many), and I snagged a few.
There was only one left of the God's Whisper, so they sent the box with me as well, which is very cool.
This is also the first time I've ever seen OpusX in the Shark size.

I have been contemplating the Perfect Cigar Blend COTM after someone mentioned it. I'm more willing to take the risk for the price of a bronze membership than the double price most places charge, and the smokes I have seen from them seem to be pretty good for the price.

After seeing the One Night Stand and Pepper Cream more'n a few times on Cigarbum, figure it's time for Me to try em. The Malditos Bastardo with that H2000 wrapper looks interesting.
Do figure to smoke at least one of each of these Caldwell lines. Don't know about burning all of em tho.

These weren't shipped from overseas, just thought the Jacket makes a nice background for the smokes.
Back when athletes from the Soviet Union wore uniforms with the CCCP on them the lifters were required to show them when they returned from competitions abroad. No excuses no allowances for coming back without the uniforms. Authorities were very strict in enforcing this. They did not want to see pictures of those CCCP uniforms in worn by a criminal in foreign news. Once the Shah was gone from Iran. The same rule applied to the uniforms worn by Iranian athletes. If a team member lost, gave away or sold a team uniform they would be dropped from the team and barred from competing or training. This outfit was given to me as gift by an Iranian National coach who had been a gold medalist at both European,World and Olympic games. A gesture of friendship that I really appreciate.

I can attest, he nearly made it through in an hour. None of the rest of us had the cojones to join Tombstone. Ryan had a few extras for anyone daring enough to participate.

Ryan was quite green toward the end. Matched the color of the candela wrapper on that beast. Or maybe the Ogre matched the color of the Tombstone beast?

I already wish I had grabbed more of the Cohetes sticks. I might go grab another 5pk of both the Habano, and Sumatra, as well as 2 5pks of the Broadleaf. I haven’t tried them yet, but I do like most Tats, and with the limited release, think it would be a good idea to get some more. So I’ll have some to smoke, and some to let rest for a while.

Waiting for spring or a warm day in 50s to smoke a few and make room for these new boys. Counting for sping, 50 days now. I count to the end of March but have seen snow in April.

Texted my sister the link to hopefully pick one up for my birthday while they are on sale at a good price as I have 7 of them already and the Sistemas are solidly built, solid locking, completely airtight tupperdors. Really can't be beat at the sale price.

For anyone looking for great quality, reasonably priced storage solutions i would certainly highly recommend picking some of these up on sale. I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Dont know that any tupperdor of the size is really worth the regular price of $20, but fortunately go on sale pretty often so just a matter of a little patience.

Will be nice to have for the recent massive bomb of early 2000's, good makers, nc's I just received.

Looking at past months, you seem like you really get your $20 shipped worth and then some.

Tracking this months smokes as we speak and its all good ones I have yet to try, so can't wait, then wont be long until April's selection will be on its way.

My first cotm in over a decade since belonging to the Fuente/Newman Connoisseurs Club back in the early days of my cigar smoking. Real shame that one isn't still around as I'm a big fan of both of them.

Do have a bit of a connection to both of them, so will have to see if he can get any info out of them on why they stopped it, and if there's any chance of bringing it back.

Two Tat Frank Reduxs were tucked awayed for me from back in October.

He talked me in to getting a Casa Fuente, and I admit I've been curious of them due to all the AF whores here chatting about them.

Absolutely needed another Cuba Aliados Miami Lancero (OG blend) after he left me begging for more with one from a MAW.

And, we split a tenner of the new Cuba Aliados, an AJF takeover. Been very very curious about these since that trip to Miami courtesy of Josh. Looking forward to these and thanks for taking care of the legwork, Josh!

Since the father gave the reigns to the son the placed really went under. Unfortunately he is just a pot head that was born into money and has no idea how to run a business, let alone interact with clientele. Now the place is under new management, but they went from the largest humidor in the midwest to a mostly empty 1000 sqft humidor.
