I really enjoy Casa Cuba DI. And the Casa Cuba Flor Fina are excellent too. Tony, to keep from getting my ass kicked, I will go back today and see how many they have left.

These are so rare, in fact, I can find little to nothing about them on the internet. The Padilla is a size that was never released. The Kuwait isn’t available outside of that country and it doesn’t look like the Room 101 was ever released. $10 is more than I usually pay for cigars, but I think the experience will be fun each month. Every review I’ve seen is glowing.

The single is the RyJ AJ Fernandez Nicaraguan. I’ve heard good things.

I bought the only reasonable size of the Lunatic line. Casa Fernandez never disappoints.

And I’m also excited to try the corona gorda size of the CAO Nicaragua. I loved the toro and I think these will be even better.

Picked up a bundle of Oliva Master Blend III. Heard they age well and since I don't often smoke a cigar that works for me. Also picked up a bundle of CI Irish Cream knockoffs to hand out to folks who like such things. They are mild and were cheap enough.

One of these days I'm going to spring for a box of Añejos. They're out of my self imposed price range but are the only cigar I've ever smoked that equals the enjoyment of a bowl of fine pipe tobacco.

I hadn’t planned on purchasing any smokes on our Vegas trip and only brought my cigar case (all 3 slots filled) as I spent my cigar savings on our last trip. But when we were walking down Freemont St the fellow next to my wife mentioned he was heading to his cigar shop. Having my best interests in mind Karmen asked if they rolled them. When he said his wife often does them herself we followed him.

I had no way to ensure these guys made it home safely so I looked around our room and wondered what MacGyver would have done. So I used my house key to cut the coffee container carboard to just the right size to fit in my carry-on’s pocket.

I thought those were flavored too. Thought the DE Naturals were also flavored but come to find out I don't think they are.

I usually avoid unknown DE blends because of fear they might be flavored. And the funny thing is, flavored I could handle, might even enjoy it but I can't stand that chemically tasting, sweetened cap. It's like dunking your tongue in stevia or something. Nasty!

I've had a couple of the Acid line. It wasn't the added flavor I didn't like, just the chemical-sweet cap.

One of these days I'm going to have to try one or two of the aforementioned Naturals line. Placed an order for the Quesada (which I wanted to try) and then rounded the order order with impulse buys. Of course I'll have to send them back because 7/10 are destroyed at the head and the boveda was dry, so that sucks.

One thing it was curious are the LGC series R. I ordered a five pack of the original #5 and these black banded sticks is what I got. Stopped in the cigar lounge to pick up a couple Southern Draws and was given the small smoke to try as I’ve been talking to the wrong guy about stocking the Avo Classic Puritos, CAO Gold Daggers, or the Sungrown Undercrowns (pr something) for a fellow like me who doesn’t likely have the time to smoke a real cigar (I’ve been sitting there in the night when things slow down for me and it’s cold/hot out). Didn’t have the Lancero version so I picked up these (1 for me and 1 for allusred):

I tried one from the lounge maybe a month ago. I’m guessing alcohol seems to tame the nicotine if it’s a bit potent. Not sure if I had a drink then or not, but it’s fairly likely as the only time I generally smoke on an empty stomach is with my coffee (although I’m smoking a Nat Sherman shorty right now before dinner). Some are med-full but they’re shorties (4x30-something).

Got two boxes of Norteno(10each) and one box of Caldwell The T(10) and 10 new 62 Boveda coming in from JR bought today. $130 for those four together. Also got a 10pc Espinosa sampler and Palio V cutter coming from Cigar.com. Done buying for a while now, except for another cooler for storage. I made a call to Atlantic within minutes of getting them. They asked for a pic emailed, which I did and they sent out replacements within 30 minutes. That’s some top notch CS imho I may have to become a vip member with them.
