Ohhh HELL, I found you! Well I got an invite from Bill to come check it out and see where the gang is hanging out. I see a lot of EX Puffers. WTF happened there anyway?
Onward and upward.... Herf good for you man starting something else. Havent had a chance to puff around the site yet but I will.

So for those that don't know me (I am sure most of you don't) I am Jay Webster I have been puffin on Cigars for about 9 months I own a Homebrew store in Redding California www.norcalbrewingsolutions.com where I also am starting to sell Cigars to my local customers. I am the inventor / creator (with help from loads of puffers HBT'r and local cigar Buffs) of the Stogie Toy. Check it out and let me know what you think. www.stogietoys.com. I am the husband of 1 been married 18 years I have 3 children. I am a hard working, gun toting, beer drinking American and I love my country and my fellow humans (for the most part)! I listen to head bangen, hell raisen heavy metal Ohhh and just about everything else too. I brew beer, smoke cigars and just really like to have a good time. I enjoy online BANTER and feel if you have thin skin I will probably offend you at some point..LOL

Not sure how many of you guys are from puff but if you are I am glad to see you here.

I do need a little help if you please. I am looking for a puffer that I really got along well with but never exchanged emails and if any of you guys see him on any of the forums if you would direct him to my intro here or over at BOTL I would appreciate it. His name is Scott his Puff handle was Bowtech4ever. He was fairly new to puff but he was on there a lot. I do have his Snail Mail addy so I can get him that way... Maybe another bombing is in order ;)

Look forward to seeing this forum grow.

Cheers
Jay

Jay, glad you got my email invite to join...I was gonna ask if you knew what happened to puff, but then came across the info myself. You'll have to post up some pics of that huge instore humi, if you have it filled.

Hi Jay! Good luck with the Stogie Toy. Just curious as to which cigars you are starting your inventory with.

Hi Jay! Good luck with the Stogie Toy. Just curious as to which cigars you are starting your inventory with.

Well my list is of about 50 boxes of just main stream stuff loads of AF, H.uppmann, MonteCristo, Oliva, Davidoff, Padron, DE, CAO some Alec Bradley Brickhouse and RP and Macanudo stuff too. I am bringing in Punch, Cohiba, some of the Diamond Crown, Diesel, MOW, Ave Maria and My Father as well. I understand 5 Vegas sells very well here in Nor Cal so those are on the list too. I am going to play around a little with the DE infused ACID but I have to wait till I get another smaller humidor as I dont want any infused stuff in the main one. I had a GREAT list going on the "gone but not forgotten sight" that I had killer feedback from you guys as to what I should look at to carry but, well, its gone in a PUFF of smoke so to speak... LOL
I am going to stay sort of simple to start so I can get my customers accustom to having them there. And then start doing some local Beer/Wine/Cigar pairings with all our kits and some better not so well known boutique stuff ....Should be a lot of fun.

Sounds like a great list! You can always go small, ask your customers what they like and adjust. Get the email blasts going. My two cents, at least. I'm excited for you, and wish you the best in your business endeavors.

Thanks brotha' Yeah My plan is to get 20-25+ boxes of basic main stream stuff and then some of the "I think I can convince you to try" boutique cigars i.e Crowned Heads and tats etc. Ya know the ones I REALLY like and then for sure let my customers dictate some of the slots as well. I am compiling my list a lot from the top 25 list of best selling cigars of 2014 and then expanding from there. It is very exciting and a LOT of fun so far and I haven't even made my first purchase...LOL I want to have stuff that no one in my area is carrying and have GREAT information on those cigars to help assist and inform people to open up the Redding market from JUST RP, Gurkha and Montecristo ya know.... I love the hobby for sure and I want to share what you guys have been teaching me. But I also cant have cigars just sit there either... So its going to be a fun game for sure...

Cheers
