I am not allowed to add an avatar (in Edit Avatar). Am I doing something incorrectly or do I need moderator permission?

Hey Pete,

I believe there is a 5 day wait and/or 10 post threshold to do this. I can't remember which, but you should be able to do it by Thursday.

If it's any consolation, it took us close to a week to get them as part of the site when we first opened shop :)
