Scroll down about half way to see the comparisons. John's work is obviously far superior to the other product.
Without dropping names, the word on the streets is that the other guy has you stuck in limbo for 2-3x as long as he quoted with zero communication explaining why. I'm about to go with John per strong recommendations.
