Well, the title pretty much says it all. I have a few hobbies I dabble in, but I smoke a cigar a night. That being said, I need to budget accordingly so when I buy a cigar, I'm looking for value in the $3-$5 range (On-Line Prices) To make matters worse... I only smoke full bodied cigars which tend to up the price. That being said, the following are a few of the gems I have found to make my evenings enjoyable:
The Diesel brands in general - I can usually snatch a box of D6-7's on the bid site for around $60 if I'm patient.
Nicaraguan Ligero-Laced 2nds - For a bundle of 15 at $34.95, it's hard to beat the deal. Problem is, when they get them in stock, you'd better be quick or you'll miss out.
Man 'O War - Again, one must be diligent and patient when shopping around and I'll usually end up with a bundle as opposed to a box.
That's my start. Feel free to help a brother out and add a deal or 2 of your own that you know of.

Is it the Hermandad edition? They have a 6x60 but it's over $200 per box. Climbing out of my budget range...

I like the Diesel Unlimited.
How about Saint Louis Rey Serie G Maduro. They make it in a 60 RG Gordo.
Sancho Panza Double Maduro and the Extra Fuerte are both excellent.

(Black Label Partagas) No I have not but they have an excellent box price on the Gordo's! I shall scavenge the Devil Site for a box.
BTW, I'm going to stop calling it the Devil Site. I buy most of my stock off it. The key is to be patient, check everyday, and stick to what you're going to spend. I have gotten INCREDIBLE deals there.

The sampler has a La Hermandad, Epifania, Blue, Black and Red Label in it all in the Toro (6x54) vitola which is Sean's favorite.
I can't verify the quality of any of these but if you check the link below everything is 60RG and up..

I'm currently smoking a PDR Reserva Limitada - I believe that would meet your criteria. I just "won" a couple small lots on cbid in the neighborhood of 2 bucks a stick.

SLR Serie G Maduro can be had for about $88/25 (~$3.50/stick) and are a great Full bodied smoke. I picked up a couple boxes last year on a sale and really enjoy them.

Joya de Nicaragua Fuerte Serie B. Let them rest a few months and it's a decent full bodied cigar. They're a pretty good bang for the buck. I paid $40 for a bundle of 20 for yard gars, and they're better than a lot of $5-$8 cigars....
Padron X000 series Maduro with couple of years on them. I'm smoking it as I type this. It's pretty good!
PS sorry missed the big ring gauge part. Ignore my post.

He could go Padron 7000 Maduro. 6.25x60. The x000 series is excellent with a year or two IMO. Good call Tman.

Cuba Libre "The Brute" 4.5 X 60. You can usually get them for $1.50-$2.00 apiece on CBid. They're a great everyday smoke IMHO.
