Just a kudos to Cigars International. They accidentally sent me an almost identical, but not what I ordered item when I got it this week. Just sent them an email about it, but that it wasnt a big deal, and showed them a picture of the opened pack, and they are sending the correct one free. Good customer service
It was for Bolivar Cofradia Lost & Found EMS instead of Oscuro for the wrapper. Identical blends, they just swap the wrapper and binder areound.
They are sending replacements free, even though I have obviously opened the packaging in the picture I sent.
