Went to refill my lighter and dropped my can of Jet Line butane . Now if I insert the tip into my lighter it spews out cause of a crack down close to were the nozzle goes into the can . Has anyone have this happen and have any luck doing one of the repairs I have pulled up on google or should I just toss it ? It's about half full still . Granted no real loss but hate to let it go to waste if can fix it .

Look for a brand that includes several tips. Xikar used to come with a ring like show below. Or check your cap and see if it has tips inside that you can break off.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230605/d2f02ba95b5b8a9ec1488e98451e1fa9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230605/e2369f02a2e5380df61af4e1c193ee3c.jpg

^^^ probably your best bet - if one will slide down over the nozzle far enough to cover the crack

The extra fill inserts in the cap don.t go down far enough to cover the crack but been playing with it and as long as I make sure and push down strait and hold it real firm I was able to refill the lighter . If it leans over any at all or let up any it will start leaking out the crack .

Maybe a bit of epoxy or superglue on the crack?
