Anyone happen to know who makes the Dominican, Nicaraguan and Brazilian Cream cigars?

Tried Google and only found retailers and none said who made them.

Just curious as they are well made, very tasty, and very reasonably priced.

100% speculation on my part but just looking at them I would go with Victor Sinclair. They just have that vibe to me.
