Happy Thanksgiving!

I know we’re still a couple days away but many may be traveling or too busy to get on the bum. I just wanted to wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving and safe travels.

It’s tradition in my family that it Thanksgiving before dinner we all go around the room and say one thing that we are thankful for. I am thankful for my Cigar Bum family. I’m thankful that while we might be a small group or a close knit group and we have a hell of a lot of fun together. We also always pick each other up when a bum gets down. I personally know that the bums have helped me get through a lot and I love you guys and gals. Happy Thanksgiving.

Definitely miss the family gatherings at grandma's house, eating a ton of food, watching the Lions get destroyed, and passing out on the floor by halftime

Haven't heard if they are doing anything special for Thanksgiving here at the veterans home. Can't recall what went on last year due to my memory damage.

They serve Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce every so often here just as a regular meal choice, so not sure what different they could really do

Happy thanksgiving to all, Echo the sentiments above. thankful for this group and all the bums and bumettes. Do we have any females other than Kayla? Appreciate all the help and jokes from everyone. Hope this is a good holiday for all and may we have good times ahead.

Ever since DogRockets had that “extended vacation” in Thailand several years ago, I think Kayla may be our only remaining female. Not sure if RedRobin logs in anymore. We’d have to ask @Seantheevans about that one.

Thanks for a making the Bum great. Thanks for being great Bums. Thanks for the cigars, knowledge, good times, and your friendship. Very thankful to be a Bum and to have been generously welcomed in your group over the past year and change. Hope everyone gets to spend their day with family and friends, or however they prefer, and has a good time.

We were invited to friends for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. My normal nap turned into a turkey coma thatlasted 3 hours.
