Looking to make a large order of nc's next month and would like to try some Arturo Fuentes and Don Carlos that I haven't tried yet, which is a fair number since there's a pretty decent amount of both.
So, looking for ideas on some good ones that are well liked by many.
What's your favorite Arturo Fuente or Don Carlos?

Old Smokey is your man.
Probably #1 for me is the Chateau Maduro.

8 5 8, in natural. MaduRo or Sun grown are good
Hemingway in all 3 wrappers are good. Maduro and sungrown are great if you can give them some rest but hard to find until the falls winter release. I prefer the classic or signature but work of art is good if looking for short smoke.
Cuban bellicosa is a good smoke. Anejos are another good one. Never had King T but thinking of checking it out myself. There are my .02. Smokey can probably do a better job.

Have a Rosado Sun Grown 8-5-8 in my cart already, as well as the Sun Grown Cuban Belicoso.
Love the Hemmingway line in every size I've tried. Currently hooked on the Signature and have 5 in my supply currently.
Was gifted a Sun Grown Signature a few months ago and it was great. Would love to get more when they come back in stock somewhere.
Had some anejos and opus X's left over and no longer cared for either and ended up giving them away. Used to love them, but have apparently lost my taste for them

i have read a bunch of your posts these last few months and knowing you are cautious of the Opus xXx due to strength, would you say you prefer medium strength cigars? If so, 858's and Magnum R might be a good range to explore. I especially like the Rosado Sun Grown in the 858 and Mag R. Short Story are also excellent in Maduro or Natural that I would consider Med/Full. Any Hemingway in your preferred size are good and worth trying.
Anejo and most Opus X I would consider Med/Full Full. All Anejos are good and should be tried, with the 46's, 888's and Sharks being my favorites. I don't think I have had an Opus I didn't enjoy with xXx, 4's, 5's, Love Affair, Petit Lanceros and Robusto being my preferred sizes. Angel Shares and Oscuro Oro are a little milder than regular Opus and I would say they are my favorites. Anejos and Opus age very well, but the Opus especially tend to be expensive for something you are setting fire to. But if you can get them near or at MSRP, they are worth buying IMO, but can be difficult to find most times of the year due to limited shipments, usually twice a year.
I don't think I have ever smoked a Fuente cigar that I didn't think was good. Their tobacco just taste like what cigar tobacco is supposed to. And their construction very rarely isn't good.
I consider myself a Fuente slut, but by no means near an expert. If I was to suggest a good starting point, it would be Hemingways, 858's and Magnum R.
I will pass this along to jhedrick83. Jesse was a Fuente man-slut before I figured out what I liked. Tell him Chance sent ya.

I am pretty sure old Smokey will say anejo 46. I think the anejo is great especially with some rest.

I'm actually a big Fuente fan myself, so I have smoked many, but there are still plenty I haven't tried.
Yes, I would say I'm pretty solidly a medium guy now. Used to enjoy the fuller smokes but have just lost my taste for the ones I have tried recently.
Thanks for your great input. Will definitely take it into consideration

Currently in my cart I have a:
DC no.3, SG Chateau Ciban Belicoso, Rosado Sun Grown 8-5-8, DC Presidentes, DC no.2, and Natural Seleccion Privada no.1.
Opinions on these would be greatly appreciated as all are new to me

Anjeo 46 and 888 are my favorite Anejos. I like the better than the sharks to be honest. A year or so of rest makes the excellent. I like all my Opus lines to be on the skinnier side, Fuente Fuente or Petit Lancero size if possible. Hemingway line is good, the Work of Art Maduros are the best IMO, if you can find them. Sun Grown 8-5-8 and the Casa Cuba Divine Inspiration (has to be the Divine Inspiration) are great lower priced Fuentes. Magnum R44s are awesome and inexpensive as well. I love the Don Carlos Personal Reserve as well.
My favorite Fuente though? Casa Fuente Corona Gordas. Can only get them at Casa Fuente in Vegas though. It's probably my favorite cigar of all time though.

Would be awesome if they were available online as all the ones I had were great

I like Fuente 858s and Hemingway Short Story. Nice flavors for sure. And the rare Opus X to be fancy and indulge in a pricey puff :)
