Just thought I'd share a good experience I had with Holt's Cigar Co. Earlier this week I ordered some Tat Black Labels and Illusione Epernays to ship US Mail Priority so they would be resting in my wineador by the weekend. Mail delivers on Saturdays, and UPS doesn't, so I went that route. Within a few hours, I received an email from a manager there stating that the mailman had already come and gone from Holt's before my order processed that day, so they would get my sticks out the same day via UPS Ground for delivery on Friday, and they even refunded my shipping charges!
I thought that was a nice gesture and appreciated how prompt they were about getting my order out, even though they could've simply let it go out the next day. I've found Holt's to be my best vendor in terms of getting orders out quickly...usually the same day.

I know couple of the guys over at holts. Great company and staff. Love smoking there.

Thanks for this. Wow. I haven't seen an Anejo price better than Tampa Sweethearts 5 packs. Holts has em beat on just a single stick.
Do they take a discount code too??

Seriously, those things are a third less than my only local source. Order here I come.

The help and service there is as good as anywhere else.
All class people, from the owners to the staff.
Great lounge and selection.

Yeah I just poked around in there and didn't see a field even offered for codes.
