Hello all.
Been here for a while now but it was pointed out that I forgot to post an introduction.
I'm 46, grew up in Michigan but left to join the navy in 2001. Was an avionics technician in the navy for 8 years, then went to work in the oilfields as an electronics technician here in Wyoming.
Really enjoy this forum. Lots of good people and lots of good information.
Been smoking Cigars for about 15 years now and and have read multiple books on them and still learn something new about them constantly.
Have somewhat recently switched to smoking cc's exclusively, as after doing so for 6 months, as I have been braching out in the cc world with new marcas and vitolas comprising the majority of my orders, I have apparently just lost my taste for nc's, even ones I used to love.

Sent from my iPad using TapatalkIt was my pleasure. I loved the navy and would have gladly done 20 years, but developed knee problems and wasn't allowed to reenlist unfortunately.

I loved it. Even enjoyed my time on the carriers.
Yes, definitely a Fuente lover. They are really the only nc's I enjoy anymore. The Hemmingway line is probably my favorite.
Even met Carlito Fuente at Casa Fuente in Las Vegas and got a picture with him. Great guy

Welcome aboard enjoy the ride.
What are Your favs in the Havanas?Any Montecristo, HDM Epicure no.2 and epicure Especial, and about any Partagas.
Hard to pick favorites as there are some many cc's I enjoy.
Currently I have about 50 different vitolas on hand, lol.
I like variety.

Hi there!
What made you make the jump to CCs?
Do you think after a while, you'll jump back to NCs or even work them into the rotation?

Do you think after a while, you'll jump back to NCs or even work them into the rotation?I've been smoking mainly cc's since I started smoking Cigars, about like 70/30 or so.
Recently decided to try as many new to me cc's as possible, so have smoked them exclusively except a few nc's, for about 6 months.
Have just lost my taste for nc's, even many favorites, except for some Arturo Fuentes.
Not sure what the future holds, I will just play it by ear

Sent from my SM-G930V using TapatalkCheck with the admin team about access over to the Habanos side. Not too much action going on over there, but it would be nice to see the CCs you're smokin and read your thoughts on them.

I have like 30+ different vitolas right now and I'm a little low on stock. So, you'll see me posting a lot of different Cigars, and rarely even the same one in a month, lol

I'm the same way. Shit ton of singles, and a couple boxes. Rarely ever smoke the same thing twice, but that's only because I'm new and exploring.

What's some of the NC brands you like? Any unexplored? The only ones I have tried in the last 6 months and actually still enjoyed were Arturo Fuente Hemmingways and Double Chateau Fuentes. All the others just didn't do anything for me anymore.
There's a neverending number of nc's out there, so there is a ton I haven't tried.
